LIECOSYS Organizations gives a team or company its own account, with its own sign-in, separate from every member’s personal LIECOSYS account.
What you can do today
- Create an organization, add people by their LIECOSYS username, and give each one a role: owner, admin or member.
- Create a separate sign-in for the organization itself, apart from every member’s personal account.
- See who did what: an activity log of member, role and sign-in changes.
- Hand ownership to someone else when it’s time.
- Apply to be verified as a real organization. A person reviews your documents; it’s not a checkbox.
- Choose your own seat count, from 1 to 250. No sales call.
What we can’t see
Members’ Notes. Joining an organization doesn’t open anyone’s personal data, to the organization or to us.
Honest limits
- An organization’s own sign-in doesn’t support passkeys yet, and it doesn’t yet run the extra check on a new device that personal accounts get.

- Verification: $10 a month, billed only once your application is approved
