LIECOSYS software and the LIECOSYS brand are owned by the founder of LIECOSYS. All rights reserved. Nothing is licensed to you except what this page says.

You may use LIECOSYS software to access LIECOSYS services, for as long as you follow the Terms of Service. This right is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it ends when your use of LIECOSYS ends under the Terms.

Unless this licence or a third-party licence says otherwise, you may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell or rent LIECOSYS software, build a product from it, or remove its notices.

Where the law where you live gives you a right that this licence would limit, such as studying software to make it work with other software, that right wins.

The LIECOSYS name, wordmark, logos and icons are not licensed for any use, including when we publish a LIECOSYS product’s source code under an open-source licence. You may use the name LIECOSYS to refer to LIECOSYS accurately, as long as it doesn’t suggest we endorse you or your product.

This licence is about our software, not your content. It gives LIECOSYS no rights over anything you store in or create with LIECOSYS. The Privacy Policy covers how your data is handled.

LIECOSYS includes open-source software written by other people. Each piece is used under its own licence, and that licence, not this one, governs it. Nothing on this page limits the rights those licences give you.

Every one is listed on the Credits page, and the full licence texts are in the third-party notices.

If we change this licence, we update the version and date at the top of this page. A change never takes away a right that an open-source licence already gave you for code you received under it.
