Your password, a two-factor or verification code, or a recovery key. Real LIECOSYS support replies happen inside a ticket thread you opened yourself — never over email out of the blue, and never asking you to read a code back to someone.
Sign in and go to your support page, pick a category, and describe what's going on. Replies happen in the same thread — you'll get an email when there's a new one.
We're a small team, and we answer everything ourselves — no outsourced support desk, no chatbot pretending to be one. No live chat yet either, since that needs infrastructure we haven't built. Expect a real reply from a real person — not necessarily an instant one.
No — those all have their own dedicated, verified flows in myaccount, specifically so a support conversation is never a way to take over someone else's account. A ticket can point you to the right one, but won't perform the change itself.
Picking the right category (account issue, billing, a security concern, feedback, or something else) helps route your message correctly. If you're reporting something that looks like abuse of the platform rather than a problem with your own account, use the site-wide "Report abuse" link in the footer instead — it doesn't require signing in.
Yes — tickets need sign-in, but locked-out is exactly the case that doesn't. Try Forgot Password first (see the account help section above); if that doesn't get you back in, email support@liecosys.xyz directly and we'll take it from there.
