Organizations & single sign-on
A shared workspace for a team, with roles for who can manage it. Single sign-on is switched off for now.
An organization is a container your team belongs to, separate from your personal LIECOSYS account. You can belong to more than one, with a different role in each.
At orgaccount.liecosys.xyz, signed in with your own LIECOSYS account, choose a name and a URL-friendly slug. You become its owner automatically.
The owner can do everything, including deleting the whole organization, and can't be removed or demoted. Admins can add or remove members, but can't touch other admins or the owner. Members get to be part of it — that's the whole job.
At orgaccount.liecosys.xyz, add them by their LIECOSYS username. They need an existing LIECOSYS account first — there's no invite-by-email yet for people who haven't signed up.
Yes. At orgaccount.liecosys.xyz, open the Sign-in account panel and create one — it gets its own username and password. This is useful for a shared login, a service integration, or a support inbox that outlasts any one member. It's separate from single sign-on below, which is about how your team's members sign in, not the organization's own identity.
Also at orgaccount.liecosys.xyz. Sign in there with the organization's own username and password (set when you created the account) and you get that account's own settings. Sign in with your personal LIECOSYS account instead and you get the organization console.
Single sign-on (SSO) lets your organization's members sign in to LIECOSYS through your own company identity provider instead of a separate LIECOSYS password. Your identity provider stays the source of truth for who's allowed in. It's switched off right now while it's rebuilt.
Not right now. Single sign-on is switched off while it's rebuilt, and the Single sign-on panel at orgaccount.liecosys.xyz says so. Until it's back, members sign in with their own LIECOSYS accounts.
