Your LIECOSYS account

Signing in, securing your account, and running your data — all from one place: myaccount.liecosys.xyz.

Go to the signup page and choose a username, a display name, and a password. You'll verify a recovery email before your account is active. Accounts for people under 18 aren't open yet.

Your username is your identity across LIECOSYS — it's also your email address, as username@liecosys.xyz. You can change it from Profile in myaccount, a limited number of times per year. If the name you want is reserved, you can request it from the same page and an admin will review the request. Your inbox itself lives at email.liecosys.xyz — that's LIECOSYS Email.

When you sign in, you'll be asked for a code from your authenticator app (if you've set up TOTP) or a code emailed to your recovery address. A passkey (see below) skips this step entirely, since it's already phishing-resistant on its own.

A passkey lets you sign in with your device's fingerprint, face, or screen lock — no password typing required. It's tied to your device (or your password manager, if it syncs passkeys) and can't be phished the way a typed password or code can. Add one from Security in myaccount and use it right alongside your password. Nobody's making you pick a favorite.

They're how we reach you — verification codes, security alerts, and password resets go to your recovery email. A recovery phone is optional today. Keep your recovery email current: it's how you reset a forgotten password.

It’s 24 words, shown to you once, that unlock your Notes if you forget your password. It never leaves your device, and we can’t reset it for you. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. You can view it again, with your password, from Settings in Notes.

Up to three people you trust. You choose what each one can do: ask for read-only access to the apps you pick, help you get your account key back, or both. Nothing is released instantly. There’s always a waiting period, and you can deny any request.

Not if you’ve added a second step. With a passkey or an authenticator app, a stolen password alone isn’t enough. And even after sign-in, a session only works on the device that opened it. Add a second step from Security in myaccount.

Sign in on another device with your password and your second step, then remove the lost passkey from Security in myaccount and sign that device out. Your notes and files stay encrypted, so the lost device doesn’t expose them to us or anyone else who gets our copy.

Head to the password reset page, enter your username, and we'll email a reset code to your recovery address. After the reset, your recovery phrase, or your trusted contacts, unlock your Notes again. If your recovery email is gone too, a passkey still signs you in. Without either, there's no way back in, so keep your recovery email current and add a passkey.

Codes usually land within a minute. If yours hasn't, check Spam or Junk first, then any Promotions, Updates or Other tabs your inbox sorts mail into. Search for otp@otp.liecosys.xyz (sign-in and verification codes) or security@security.liecosys.xyz (password resets and security alerts).

Found it in spam? Mark it “Not spam” — that teaches your inbox to trust future codes. Need another one? Use “Resend code” on the code screen after the short countdown. Only the newest code works, so ignore older emails. Still nothing? Make sure the recovery email on your account is right, or contact support.

To stop mass sign-ups and password guessing, we limit how many accounts can be created, and how many sign-ins can fail, from one connection in a short time. On a shared network like a school, office, café or mobile carrier, someone else may have hit that limit before you. Wait the time we show you, or try another connection, such as mobile data.

Security in myaccount lists every device currently signed in, with roughly when and where from. If you don't recognize one — or you're signing out an old phone or a shared computer — you can end that session immediately from the same list.

Yes. Privacy & data in myaccount lets you export your account data and delete your account. You get 30 days to change your mind: sign in with your password and a second step to cancel. After that, deletion is real and not reversible — we don't keep a hidden copy "just in case."

Each product has its own way out, and every copy is decrypted on your device, not by us:

  • Account details (profile, recovery contacts, sessions, passkeys, activity): Privacy & data in myaccount.
  • Notes: Settings in Notes exports every note as a Markdown file.
  • Mailbox and organization membership data: not in self-service export yet. Email security@liecosys.xyz for a copy.

You get at least 90 days’ notice, by email if you have a recovery email and inside the product. For that whole time you can still sign in and download or export everything, and nothing new is charged. Then the data is permanently deleted. This is a promise in our Terms of Service, not just a line on this page.

Accounts for people under 18 aren't open yet, so no new approval requests are being sent. If a request is already waiting for you, you can still decline it.

Some usernames are reserved rather than owned by a real person — for impersonation protection, or held back for future use. If you see "System reserved," no one else has it; you can request it from Profile in myaccount and an admin will review whether to grant it.
